Who we are

CAMSheet is run by an individual operator ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the CAMSheet website and how we use it. Questions go to camsheet.help@protonmail.com.

What we collect

Numbers you enter in the calculator

None. The calculator does all of its math in your browser. Property, expense and lease details you enter are not sent to our servers, and they are not stored in cookies or browser storage. Closing or reloading the page clears them.

Emails you send us

If you email support or request early access to a paid plan, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you write, such as the plan you're interested in or how many properties you have.

Technical information

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic request information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not currently use analytics or tracking tools. If we add any, we will update this policy first.

Paid accounts

Paid plans are not available yet. Before they launch, we will update this policy to explain what account, property and billing information is stored and how it is protected. Card payments will be handled by a payment processor, and we will not store full card numbers.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To email you about early access if you asked for it.
• To run, secure and improve the website.
• To meet legal obligations.

We don't send marketing email you didn't ask for. You can stop early access emails at any time by replying to one.

Who we share it with

We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run CAMSheet, such as Cloudflare (website hosting) and Proton (email). They may use it only to provide their services to us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor, if CAMSheet is ever sold or transferred. This policy would continue to apply.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Cookies

We don't set cookies on this website. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies to keep the site secure.

How long we keep it

We keep support emails as long as needed to help you and keep a record of the conversation. We keep early access requests until you ask us to remove you, or until paid plans launch and you decide not to sign up.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailingcamsheet.help@protonmail.com. Some states, including California, give residents additional privacy rights. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live, and we won't treat you differently for making one.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we have. No website or email service is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

CAMSheet is a business tool and is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Where information is processed

Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will also email anyone who has given us their address.
